MICA is an innovative, multi-image quantitative analysis software for protein expression and interaction. It has been designed to support the simultaneous analysis of large numbers of pre-grouped images acquired trough confocal laser or optical microscopes. It uses proprietary algorithms to characterize an then quantify the fluorescence, co-localization or sub-cellular localization of proteins and performs a simultaneous analysis on all images.
